SOTAICO uses an Integrated Pest Management method that begins with a thorough inspection of your property, both indoors and outdoors.
There are no cookie-cutter solutions because each property varies from the next; city environments are different from rural or seaside ones; and different seasons bring different pests. Summer is a very active period, with high populations of flying insects and ticks, whereas Cockroaches and rodents are more active in the colder months when they begin establishing nests indoors to look for food sources and wait out the winter.
Once completed, our inspection identifies the nature of the pests problem, entry points into your property and nesting sites. We then implement a customized plan of action assuring the least possible hazard to your household, your pets and the environment. Our plan will also outline recommendations on how to avoid future infestations.
During our regular inspections, pesticides are not necessarily applied unless pests are actually present and other, non-chemical methods have failed to control them.

Initial inspection with plan of action
1-Time , monthly or quarterly service covering:
- Exterior: a comprehensive perimeter treatment creates a barrier of protection against outside pest activity. The barrier is reapplied if our inspections finds evidence of pests
- Interior: a targeted approach to focus on specific moisture-prone areas, such as the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, garage, and basement.
- Crack and Crevice Treatment – A waterproof dust is applied with a bellows duster in the cracks and crevices where pest activity is common.
- Adjustment and Maintenance of bait stations for rodents and flies
